Both are free and there is no obligation to buy. The website preview questions turn the answers you give into a report, so it is only as good as what you tell me. The picture of your homepage with the button on it is an illustration drawn onto a screenshot, not your live site, and the button itself runs on Everybooking, on its free plan or a setup we agree on the call. It is general guidance about running a service business, not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a promise of any particular result in your business.

Any numbers you see on this site describe my own businesses, mainly Wilderness Edge, the retreat centre I run. They are what happened there. Your business is your own.

• Give me a real name, email and phone number, or I can't call you.
• If you can't make it, email me and we'll find another time. I'll do the same if something comes up here.
• If nobody answers at the booked time, I'll email once and leave it with you.

Use it for your own business purposes. Please don't:

• Break into it, test it for weaknesses without asking, or interfere with how it runs.
• Scrape it in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited mail or anything unlawful.
• Send false information through the forms, or pretend to be somebody else.
• Copy the pages and pass them off as your own.

The words, design, images and code on this site belong to me or to Everybooking. Some material is adapted from Allan Dib's work, including The 1-Page Marketing Plan and Lean Marketing, and is used under licence. It stays theirs. Don't reuse any of it without written permission.

What you type into a form stays yours. You are giving me permission to use it to answer you, prepare for the call and keep a record of the conversation.

Where this site links somewhere else, such as LinkedIn, Amazon or Everybooking, those sites are run by other people under their own terms and privacy policies. A link isn't an endorsement of everything they do, and I can't control what they change.

The site is provided as it is. I try to keep it accurate and available, but I don't promise it will never be wrong, never be down, or fit any particular purpose of yours.

As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost business, arising from using this site or the free Instant Quote button questions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights you have where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes belong to the courts of Manitoba.
