What the implementation covers
Your proposal defines the agreed channels and workflows. Implementation work can include:
- Mapping email, SMS, voice and website inquiries.
- Organizing the rates, policies, availability and customer context behind an answer.
- Configuring AI-written replies, quoting, invoices and follow-up within the agreed workflow.
- Defining what the AI handles and when your team reviews or takes over.
- Testing representative conversations and the resulting actions and documents.
- Adding the website entry point and training your team.
The starting price does not mean every channel and custom workflow is included in every setup. See the implementation process. You can start with quote automation or email inquiry automation.
What moves the price
The final price depends on the channels, workflows, information sources and business rules involved.
| A more focused setup | A broader setup |
|---|---|
| One initial channel and workflow | Several channels and workflows |
| Organized rates and policies | Information spread across tools and people |
| A few predictable request types | Complex changes, exceptions and document requirements |
| Existing supported data sources | Additional integrations or custom requirements |
We review your actual requirements before proposing a scope and price.
Software and ongoing costs
The agency setup fee and the Everybooking software plan are separate. Your ongoing software cost depends on the plan and usage you choose. Review Everybooking’s current plans and confirm the appropriate plan during the call.
Everybooking also offers a self-service route. If you are comfortable loading and maintaining your own prices and rules, you can explore that option directly.
Any ongoing agency support, additional configuration or later changes must be agreed in the proposal; the starting setup price does not describe an unlimited support arrangement.
What is outside the setup
The implementation does not mean a complete website rebuild or an unlimited custom software project. Additional integrations, migrations and later changes need to be scoped.
You supply and approve the business information and rules. We agree which actions the AI can take, what requires review and what remains with your team.
Timing and the first conversation
The rollout schedule depends on the agreed channels, workflows, data readiness and integrations. We agree the timeline as part of the proposal.
The first 30-minute call is free. Bring one or two real inquiries and the responses or documents they required. We discuss fit, scope and next steps; the final price and payment terms are agreed before you proceed.
